J. Gudiel Landscape was founded in Bellingham in 2000, and 24 years later, this is still where we work from every day. Our headquarters is at 12 North St., and most mornings our trucks are pulling out of that driveway before 7am heading to job sites in Bellingham and the surrounding towns.
We have completed more projects in Bellingham than in any other community we serve. Residential properties along the winding streets off Pulaski Boulevard and South Main Street. Homes in the neighborhoods around Silver Lake and Beaver Pond. Commercial properties along the Route 126 and Route 140 corridors near I-495. The Cape Cods, ranches, and Colonial Revivals that make up most of Bellingham’s housing stock sit on quarter-acre to one-acre lots, and we have worked on properties across that entire range.
Bellingham’s soil conditions are a mix of sandy loam and clay depending on which part of town you are in. Properties near the Charles River and the low-lying areas in the southern part of town deal with higher water tables and drainage challenges that need to be addressed during any hardscape or pool project.
