Hauling a forklift to a repair shop costs more than most operations track. There’s the freight, the loss of the unit for the duration of the round trip, the coordination with shop schedules, and the risk of repeat trips if the diagnosis is wrong.

Mobile field service removes most of that overhead. The technician comes to the equipment. The diagnosis happens where the unit actually operates, which is often where intermittent problems can be reproduced. The repair is completed on-site in most cases, and the equipment is back in service the same day.

Mobile service is available across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and surrounding communities, with statewide travel available depending on the job. An on-site service fee applies, with drive time charged for jobs outside city limits.
